Appointments & Online Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, by email, or by phone.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with clinic policies. Automated appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via email or SMS.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect the time of other patients.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care. To keep the schedule fair for everyone, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full appointment fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Credit Card on File

Our online booking system may require a valid credit card on file to reserve appointments.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but may be used in the event of:

• Late cancellations
• Missed appointments
• Outstanding balances

Patients will always receive notification if a fee is charged.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit card
• Debit
• Electronic transfer
• Cash

Receipts will be provided after each appointment.

Insurance Receipts

We provide detailed receipts that patients may submit to their extended health insurance providers for reimbursement.

Coverage varies between insurance plans. Patients are responsible for verifying their eligibility and coverage with their insurance provider.

Clinic Etiquette

First Visit Arrival

For your first appointment, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for completing any necessary intake forms and discussing your health history with your practitioner.

Arriving early helps ensure your treatment can begin on time and allows for a relaxed start to your visit.

Quiet Treatment Environment

To maintain a calm and therapeutic environment for all patients, we ask that voices be kept low in the clinic space.

Please silence mobile devices during your visit.

Acupuncture treatments are designed to promote relaxation and healing, and a quiet environment helps support this experience.

Scent-Free Environment

Many patients are sensitive to fragrances. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented products when visiting the clinic.

Maintaining a scent-free environment helps ensure a comfortable space for everyone.
